All you have to do is pour hot water into a bow, put your face over the bowl, cover your head with a towel and add a drop or two of eucalyptus oil. It’s important to remember that this is a very strong oil and can be extremely overwhelming, so it’s a good idea to start with one drop and go from there.
#10 – Spicy foods There might not be any scientific studies proving that spicy foods help with allergies, but many people swear by this method. We all know that spicy foods have the ability to clear our sinuses even if we think they’re already clear. When our noses are stuffed up, and we’re suffering from allergy symptoms, be prepared to have your nose cleared out very thoroughly if you decide to eat a spicy meal. This might be a good idea to do on your own, as you might turn off the surrounding people from finishing their meals.
While it might be tempting to take medication for your symptoms, it’s good to know that there are things you can do to help reduce or eliminate allergy symptoms using the natural drug-free method as well. However, if your symptoms are stopping you from functioning, it might be a good idea to take the proper medication and work on the methods listed above at the same time.
